• Primary skills:Technology->SAP Industry Solution->SAP Transportation & Logistics Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) Experience with SAP EWM integration for end-to-end logistics execution Knowledge of SAP GTS and compliance processes Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Experience with freight collaboration portals and external integrations Familiarity with AI/ML-based transportation optimization tools Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (JIRA, Azure DevOps) Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud / Power BI for logistics reporting Exposure to global trade, taxation, and compliance processes Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements Conduct business requirement gathering, solution design, and architecture discussions Configure and manage core SAP TM functionalities: Freight Order & Freight Unit Management Transportation Planning & Optimization Carrier Selection & Tendering Charge Management & Freight Settlement Drive transportation optimization and cost reduction strategies Integrate SAP TM with: SAP S/4HANA / ECC SAP EWM, SD, MM modules External logistics systems (3PL, carriers) Lead client workshops, blueprint sessions, and solution demos Manage cutover, data migration, and go-live support Provide production support and performance optimization Ensure adherence to best practices and SAP standards Mentor junior consultants and lead TM teams (for Lead roles) Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders
