SAP P2P Consultant
Technical Requirements: • Extensive experience with SAP MM module including: o Configuration of organizational structure, master data, Business partner, purchasing, pricing, account determination, PR/PO release strategy, outputs & forms. o Inventory management, logistic invoice verification, and physical inventory processes. o Designing and deploying special procurement scenarios such as subcontracting, stock transport orders, and consignment processes. • Strong integration knowledge with SAP SD and FI modules. • Experience in designing interfaces involving both SAP and non-SAP systems. • Ability to lead workshops, gather and map business requirements, and propose process/system enhancements. • Act as communication bridge between business and technical teams Experience & Educational Requirements: • Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology. • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with experience managing teams of 5-7 members. Preferred Skills: • SAP Functional: SAP MM, ARIBA, SCM, Workflow. • Experience with S4 HANA Upgrade projects (both Greenfield and Brownfield). Key Responsibilities: • Engage directly with customers to diagnose issues, design innovative SAP MM solutions, and enable successful deployments. • Take ownership of portions of proposal documents and contribute to solution design. • Configure SAP MM based on design specs, conduct conference room pilots (CRPs), and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solutions. • Conduct solution/product demonstrations, Proof of Technology (POC) workshops, and prepare accurate effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and organizational guidelines. • Lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives to deliver high-value solutions. • Interface with clients and manage project and team activities effectively to ensure success. Additional Skills & Competencies: • Ability to develop business value-creating strategies enabling client innovation, growth, and profitability. • Familiarity with software configuration management systems. • Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends. • Logical, analytical, and problem-solving mindset with excellent collaboration skills. • Understanding of financial processes related to projects and diverse pricing models. • Experience in assessing current business processes and recommending technological improvements. • Domain knowledge in at least one or two industry sectors. • Strong client interfacing and team management skills. • Mentor team members and ensure delivery maturity • Audit, SOX, compliance with senior leadership team • Effort estimation during releases / audits / transformations • Automation ROI cases (AI chatbot, FF reduction, audit automation) • Strong in internal enterprise procurement, compliance-heavy environmentsJob role
