 Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Circled in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:


  1. Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming requests for property viewings.
  2. Coordinate with clients to schedule site visits based on their preferences and availability.
  3. Liaise with the sales team to ensure alignment on scheduling priorities and availability of properties.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments, provide necessary directions, and address any inquiries they may have.
  5. Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and update relevant databases or systems accordingly.
  6. Monitor and anticipate scheduling conflicts, and proactively resolve them to minimize disruptions.
  7. Collaborate with other departments as needed to streamline the site visit scheduling process and enhance the overall customer experience.
  8. Stay informed about the features and specifications of available properties to provide basic information to clients when necessary.


Qualifications:


  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  3. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Proficiency in using scheduling software or tools to manage appointments efficiently.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
