Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and integrate new testing technologies and methodologies to enhance quality assurance processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality engineering strategies with overall project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Experience in managing database performance, tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of database backup, recovery, and security best practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable database solutions to support enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation techniques to optimize database administration tasks.
