Senior Associate / Associate – Provider Network 


Role Overview



The Provider Network Team manages service providers such as diagnostic centers, laboratories, clinics, and hospitals. 


The team ensures that customers receive quality services while maintaining healthy margins for the company.


Senior Associate / Associate – Provider Network will be responsible for managing and expanding the provider network across the South/North Zone mainly for doctor onboarding.


This role involves coordinating with service providers and internal teams, maintaining service quality, negotiating discounts with the hospitals, and ensuring smooth operations of the network.

Key Working Relationships

External: Diagnostic Centres, Labs, Clinics, Hospitals, and other Healthcare Service Providers.

Internal: Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Management Teams


Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire provider network requirements for OPD across the South/North Zone.

• Identify new service providers based on business requirements.

• Empanel diagnostic centres, labs, clinics, and hospitals into the provider network.

• Negotiate commercial terms with providers to maintain company margins.

• Maintain strong relationships with service providers through regular meetings and follow-ups.

• Monitor service quality through regular audits and mystery checks.

• Track provider performance and utilization.

• Resolve service issues and improve service delivery.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly provider network reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.









Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate from a reputed institute in any discipline.

• Healthcare industry experience would be preferable.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
