Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Data Security Architect   Consultant to drive pre sales solutioning, client advisory, and practice build out across data security, information protection, privacy engineering, and quantum resilient security. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to design secure, scalable architectures, build repeatable offerings and accelerators, and serve as a trusted advisor to CxO and security leadership stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and executive presence.

Key Skills

Technical

Hands on architecture experience with data discovery  and classification, DLP, DSPM, data access governance, IGA PAM, KMS HSM, tokenization and encryption patterns.

Understanding of privacy and compliance frameworks  GDPR, CCPA CPRA, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO IEC 27001 27701, SOC 2, SOX, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800 53 171.

Familiarity with quantum risk and PQC transition concepts, crypto inventory tooling, and crypto agility patterns.

Experience with Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, Unified Labeling, Endpoint  Cloud DLP, Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery, Data Map  and Scans.

Integration experience with leading DSPM and data access governance tools.

Prior delivery of crypto modernization  PKI, code signing, TLS, HSM integration  and PQC pilots in enterprise contexts.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, qualification, and scoping for opportunities in data security, privacy  and information protection, data governance, sovereignty, and crypto quantum domains.

Conduct executive workshops, technical deep dives, and security posture assessments  shape the technical win strategy and value narrative.

Architect end to end solutions  data discovery  and classification, DLP, DSPM, data access governance, encryption tokenization, secrets keys, data sovereignty, and post quantum cryptography  PQC  readiness.

Create RFP RFI responses, solution estimates, effort models, SoWs, and roadmaps  deliver PoCs PoVs and ROI TCO analysis.

Define reference architectures, security patterns, and landing zones for data platforms and SaaS ecosystems.

Design zero trust aligned controls across data lifecycle.

Guide implementation teams on secure configuration, data in use protection  confidential computing , in transit, at rest encryption, and key secret management.

Build repeatable service offerings  assessments, modernizations, managed services , accelerators, compliance templates, and threat models.

Develop playbooks for DSPM, DLP strategy, IP labeling, eDiscovery, data sovereignty, privacy engineering, and quantum transition  crypto inventory, migration .

Mentor consultants engineers  facilitate community of practice, content cadences, and delivery quality gates.

Contribute to thought leadership  whitepapers, blogs, webinars, conference talks, and partner enablement.

Lead crypto agility programs  cryptographic inventory, risk classification, remediation plans, control design for algorithm agility.

Requirements

Bachelor's Master's in CS IT  5 Plus years in InfoSec.

Expertise in security frameworks  NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR .
