- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure projects meet defined goals and deadlines.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Azure PaaS, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Avanade Scrum Project Management.
- Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects efficiently.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within project lifecycles.
- Ability to utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and report status.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution to maintain project momentum.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
