Product Sales Manager-CMS-TASC-Government Business-CMS

As a Product Sales Manager-CMS, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective sales strategies. Your expertise in CMS products will be utilized to educate and engage with potential clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target government and corporate clients, focusing on CMS products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the government sector.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the bank's offerings remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights on CMS product enhancements.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during the sales process.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the bank and expand its network.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of CMS products and services, including their features and benefits.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong networking skills and a well-established professional network.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
