As a Python Developer within the Technology team, you develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and scripts that support AI/ML integration. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless model deployment, performance optimization, and scalable solutions. You contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and scripts to production standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
• Write efficient, reusable, and modular code following best practices.
• Assist in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development and AI/ML technologies.
• Support testing and validation of AI/ML model integrations across systems.
• Maintain version control and collaborate using Git-based workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Communicate technical findings and updates clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with data processing libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
