Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and customer-focused CRM Manager Post Sales for a reputed residential construction company based in Koramangala,Bengaluru.


Position Details:-

  • Role: CRM Manager – Post Sales
  • Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
  • Industry: Residential Construction / Real Estate
  • Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred


Eligibility Criteria:-

  • MBA in Marketing OR Any Graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience as CRM Manager - POST Sales in residential (Apartment) construction company.
  • Mandatory experience in Post-Sales CRM within a reputed residential/apartment construction company.
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Candidate should own a bike and be willing to travel as required.
  • Must be flexible to work on Sundays, holidays, or extended hours based on business requirements.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage post-sales customer relationship processes and coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Projects, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Regularly monitor project progress and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Ensure accurate demand notes are generated as per agreement schedules and construction milestones.
  • Follow up with customers and bankers for timely collections and payment closures.
  • Handle escalations and coordinate with management for issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with the Projects team regarding customer-requested modifications and ensure timely execution and collection of additional charges.
  • Review and process Agreements and Sale Deeds after necessary approvals from Legal and Finance teams.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports and presentations.
  • Monitor project cash flow, collections, and outstanding dues to ensure timely recovery.
  • Process booking forms, agreements, and customer documentation accurately.
  • Assist customers with flat allotments, registrations, cancellations, loan processing, deed transfers, and related documentation.
  • Maintain strong customer engagement throughout the customer lifecycle by ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards.
  • Communicate customer feedback effectively to management for continuous process improvement.
  • Execute all assigned responsibilities as per management guidelines, JD, and KRA expectations.

  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Good understanding of residential real estate post-sales processes.
  • Ability to handle documentation, collections, and customer escalations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MIS reporting and documentation management.
