PE Oracle CSD - SCM Subscription Consultant

Lead gathering business requirements, document processes, perform fir-gap analysis and map requirement in the Oracle Cloud Subscription Management
Configure and Support Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
Manage the end-to-end subscription lifecycle: Creation, amendments, renewals, upgrades,downgrades, returns and cancellations.
Handle Order Orchestration, fulfillment and invoicing within the Order to cash (O2C)
Ensure seamless integration with Order Management (OM), Receivables (AR), Revenue Management (RMCS) and external systems for unified solution.
Create Functional Design Documents (FDD), BR100, develop test scripts and lead system configurations.
Coordinate with onshore functional and offshore technical teams throughout the implementation phased and provide post-go-live production support.

Work experience

Oracle fusion cloud- Must have

- Minimum 5 years of full life cycle implementation & Support experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion subscription management Cloud.

-Functional professional with more than 2 end-to-end  implementations in above area.

At least 5+ years of implementation/ Support experience in implementing Oracle ERP applications.

At least 2 Oracle Subscription Cloud implementations, working as a Subscription techno-functional consultant.

Experience with recurring billing, Subscription amendments, renewals, cancellations and revenue recognition processes.

Understanding of Subscription life cycle management and usage/ consumption based pricing modules.

Hands on experience on Oracle Fusion Pricing and Installed Base.

Must have good understanding of SaaS Extension – using Groovy, Algorithms, Application Composer.

Ability to troubleshoot Oracle Fusion integrations and collaborate with technical teams on OIC, REST/ SOAP APIs and Extensions.

Knowledge on integration with other modules including Accounts Receivables, Revenue management, Order Management.

Good Knowledge in Oracle Finance modules, General Ledger (GL), Receivables (AR), and Revenue Management.

Good Knowledge in Oracle SCM – Order Management, Pricing and Product management.

Good Knowledge about Data Conversions/ Migrations, Inbound/ Outbound interfaces and Reports.

Good Knowledge in configuring SLA rules, Ability to configure Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.

Strong Consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing CRP’s, perform functional configurations, perform functional testing and conduct user training workshops.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

Strong Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Ability to work well with offshore teams.
