Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases to ensure smooth deployment and maintaining system stability throughout. The engineer works with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across environments. Collaboration with various teams to address operational challenges and continuous improvement of application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations and streamline release processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud DevOps Services.
- Strong understanding of container orchestration and cluster management.
- Experience in deploying and managing scalable applications in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to support continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to application performance and stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
