Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and address challenges is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality of the applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Developer Ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration capabilities.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control in a packaged application environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
