Good to have skills : TSM Backup Administration, ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and continuous monitoring of system health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance dashboards and reports within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance monitoring techniques to ensure system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
