Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works closely with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain system reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- Experience with cloud-based application configuration and support.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms for application customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in packaged or SaaS environments.
- Ability to manage application releases and ensure system stability.
- Knowledge of integration techniques to maintain compatibility across diverse systems.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
