Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role requires managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design principles and best practices.
- Experience with cloud service integration and deployment strategies.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Capability to troubleshoot complex cloud architecture issues and optimize resource utilization.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
