Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing incidents, and coordinating with various teams to maintain system reliability and performance. The position demands proactive engagement in resolving issues and optimizing service delivery to support business continuity and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations and timely resolution of incidents.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance service availability and reliability.
- Document operational procedures and maintain knowledge bases to support team efficiency.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of junior team members to foster skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools related to AWS environments.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting in cloud-based production systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements within cloud platforms.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in AWS Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
