Manufacturing Engineer-AeroEngine and Gas Turbine

CNC Programming (G-code, toolpath optimization) CMM Programming and inspection techniques NX CAM, VERICUT, Post Processor, Post Builder CAD/CAM proficiency (CATIA V5, SolidWorks) Blueprint interpretation, GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FAIR, CAPP Familiarity with Pratt & Whitney Gas Turbine design and manufacturing standards (Rolls-Royce or Pratt and Whitney) Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Process Capability Analysis Exposure to Supplier Quality Audits and Zero-Defect initiatives Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Experience: 5–14 years in aerospace manufacturing or precision engineering roles. Hands-on experience in Gas Turbine / AeroEngine manufacturing, CNC/CMM programming, and process planning. Certifications in NX CAM, Lean Six Sigma, or AS9100 standards are a plus. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Manage concession, non-conformance, quality notifications, and MRB (Material Review Board) activities for Rolls-Royce Programs. Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, FAIR, and zero-defect manufacturing standards. Conduct supplier audits and improve process capability through advanced manufacturing techniques.
