Senior QA Engineer - Manual and Automation Testing

Job Title: QA Engineer / Senior Test Engineer (Manual & Automation)
Experience: 4–6 Years
Technical Skills:
• Strong experience in Manual Testing concepts and methodologies
• Hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred)
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Experience of API testing (Postman/REST) and basic SQL is an added advantage
• Experience of SQL and test data management
Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Positive attitude, ownership, and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality
Qualifications:
• 4–6 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)
• Proven experience in Selenium-based automation testing
