Develop and maintain enterprise security reference architectures, control patterns, technical standards, reusable design guardrails, architectural decision frameworks, and implementation guidance that promote consistency, reduce rework, prevent repeated reinvention of security design, and support secure technology decisions across federated initiatives.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with architecture, engineering, infrastructure, cloud, identity, data, privacy, legal, risk, compliance, cyber operations, product, and business teams to align AI-related technology decisions with enterprise security strategy, regulatory expectations, modernization goals, and long-term risk reduction objectives.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, threats, attack patterns, vendor capabilities, and control models related to AI, Gen AI, autonomous agents, cybersecurity, cloud security, application security, identity, automation, and secure software development; participate in internal skills development activities and provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to security architects, engineers, and technology professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of 10 years of experience in security architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud security, application security, AI security, cybersecurity engineering, or related technology security roles; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
Technical expertise across multiple domains including AI security, cloud computing, application architecture, identity and access management, data security, infrastructure security, endpoint security, SaaS security, DevSecOps, secure software development, and emerging technologies.
Experience designing and securing solutions in complex and regulated enterprise environments, including the ability to define pragmatic security controls, evaluate risk trade-offs, develop compensating control alternatives, and integrate security requirements into architecture and solution design.
Demonstrated ability to define and document enterprise security standards, reference architectures, control baselines, reusable architecture patterns, technical guardrails, and implementation guidance that support consistent and scalable secure technology delivery.
Understanding of cloud computing architecture, technical design, and implementation models, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, containerized workloads, serverless services, and enterprise cloud-native architectures across multiple public cloud providers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; ability to operate independently, influence outcomes in a highly matrixed environment, exercise sound judgment, and solve ambiguous and complex architecture challenges.
