Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Manager - Reporting and Integration

We are seeking for Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Manager  specializing in Reporting , Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts, OIC  to support global HCM implementations, particularly for multi-country rollouts.

 

 

Roles and responsibilities 

• Design and develop Reporting -OTBI , BIP , Fast Formulas across Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Compensation modules 

• Build and optimize HCM Extracts (full & incremental) for outbound integrations

• Good Knowledge on HDL ( HCM Data loader)

• Good knowledge on OIC ( Oracle Integration cloud ) , Rest API

• Sound Knowledge of SQL & PL-SQL

• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions 

• Support data validation, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities 

• Work on complex business logic for payroll scenarios and statutory requirements 

• Troubleshot extract failures, data inconsistencies, and formula performance issues 

• Participate in global delivery projects with stakeholders (workshops, CRPs)

• Develop user training materials and assist with end-user training sessions.

 

 

Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

• Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.

• In-depth knowledge of HCM processes and best practices.

• Experience working with global  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field.
