Manager Data Transformation- KDNI

Roles & Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them for development teams.
Document processes for consistency.
Communicate client and business requirements to technical teams.
Coordinate with technical teams to implement systems.
Ensure compliance with risk and security policies alongside IT teams.
Oversee solution delivery for clients.
Monitor and evaluate business benefits until realized.
Manage project budgets and track costs.
Oversee converting user needs into software solutions.
Lead project delivery, tracking milestones and risks.
Collaborate with QA to ensure test cases meet requirements.
Support user acceptance testing and product demos.
Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Handle changing and competing requirements.
Explain complex processes clearly to clients.
Proficient in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and data analytics tools.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

Proven experience delivering software solutions in a large corporate environment.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key contacts across all business levels.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to logically analyse complex problems.
The ability to quickly adapt to modern technologies, concepts, and ways of working.
Strong people skills, able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
A keen interest in emerging technology and how to apply it to client problems.
Passionate about delivering excellent products & experience working on multiple scrum projects
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven experience delivering projects or solutions using agile methodologies.
Experience of technology change implementation environment
Experience in performance management and people development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred technical & functional skills

Experience working in the financial services industry.
A deeper understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem and cloud services
Previous experience as a technical project manager delivering software solutions.
Experience using low code/no-code Automation & Data tools like Alteryx, Power BI and Power Apps

Educational qualifications

Master’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field..

Work experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax, finance, or technology roles, with a focus on ERP systems and data management.
