Data Analytics Manager

The Manager, Data Analytics leads a team of analysts to deliver high-quality data insights that drive business performance. This role partners with business stakeholders to understand data needs, oversees analytics processes, and ensures delivery of accurate, actionable reporting and dashboards. The role also drives strategic analytics initiatives and builds capabilities aligned with organizational goals.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related domains
• Strong expertise in data modeling, statistics, and trend analysis
• Experience designing and delivering BI solutions, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Proven experience working with data warehouses, data marts, and enterprise reporting tools
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights
• Strong people management experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams

What will you be doing in this role?

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback
• Partner with business leaders to understand data needs and deliver analytics solutions that drive business impact
• Oversee the development and implementation of data analytics processes aligned with organizational goals
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement of dashboards, reports, and insights
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
• Develop and execute a data analytics roadmap to enhance decision-making and optimize performance
• Stay updated on industry trends and improve team capabilities through best practices

Hours of Work

• Full-time role , 5 days per week (Hybrid work mode)
