Job Description

Summarized Purpose:

We are seeking a Lead Tableau Developer to design, develop, and support scalable business intelligence and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Tableau development, reporting, and analytics

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visualizations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
• Optimize dashboard performance and data models
• Develop and maintain ETL/data integration processes
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong expertise in Tableau development and visualization best practices
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Experience with data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Must Have Skills:

• Tableau development expertise
• Advanced SQL and data modeling
• Dashboard optimization and performance tuning
• Stakeholder management and requirement gathering

Good to Have Skills:

• Python or scripting knowledge
• Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or similar platforms
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices

Working Hours:

• India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST
• Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
