Lead - Development and Assurance of Commodity (DAC) in Supplier Technical Assurance

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Own end-to-end technical and quality delivery for DAC commodity across NPD and CPE projects.
• Govern supplier audits and capability assessment; ensure robust processes and FTG readiness to support RFQ discussions.
• Lead STA team to drive gate readiness, priorities, and decisions, ensuring sample availability at each stage and SOP at defined mature volumes.
• Standardize and deploy STA methods, FTG practices, and development best practices across parts.
• Ensure adherence to APQP, E-PPAP, and capacity readiness aligned to mature business volumes.
• Drive stakeholder alignment to deliver first-time-right quality in parts development.
• Apply strong domain expertise in casting, forging, machining, brakes, suspension, bearings, fasteners, cables, and surface coatings.
• Lead problem-solving with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet project timelines.
