•Monthly resource planning & tracking actuals with plan. Ensuring accuracy of cost rates and time.

•Submit the accruals as per Global finance timelines.

•Work with the Global Advisory solution teams and raise member firm recharges (monthly/quarterly). This involves follow up with the member firms ensuring payment is completed withing due timelines

•Review and validate the monthly Ledger, identify the missing costs, and prepare accruals - ensuring reconciliation of balances at the month end.

•Ensure monthly and quarterly financial management and reporting processes are followed in compliance with KPMG International financial processes.

•Share commentary with Global finance on a quarterly basis for over/under spent budgets.

•Ability to prioritize workload to meet stakeholder’s expectations.

•Ability to think ahead and proactivity execute on follow-up actions.

•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

•Advanced excel to provide a summarized financial view to the leadership every month.

•Experience with reporting, budget management, and stakeholder management

•Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)

•Minimum three years of accounting, finance and/or reporting experience; preferably from a professional service firm.

•Proficient in Excel and executive reporting including slide deck creation and summary storyboard tables

•Experience working in a professional services or management consulting environment is a plus.

•Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

•Strong critical thinking skills and analytical thinking.

•Bachelor’s degree in B. Com/BBM.

•3-5 Years of relevant experience.

•Exposure to interacting with different stakeholders

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
