KDNI- Consultant  KM - AE - Cyber

Develop a strong understanding of service strategy, priorities, and offerings to ensure KM activities are aligned to business needs.Support execution of the KM plan, aligned with enterprise KM standards and ways of working.Coordinate with global capability leads, COEs, and Member Firms to support consistent knowledge capture, reuse, and sharing.Maintain and enhance knowledge spaces (e.g., SharePoint / OI / MS Teams), including content structure, tagging, and integration with related spaces.Manage and curate content across KM platforms and Teams channels to ensure relevance, quality, and ease of use.Support KM processes including content creation, review, sanitization, publishing, and archiving.Ensure adherence to firm Risk, confidentiality, and anonymization policies for all published knowledge.Support KM communications (e.g., newsletters, updates, announcements) to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.Manage access requests and permissions for KM tools and spaces.Track and report on KM usage and performance metrics, identify issues, and escalate risks where required.Act as a day‑to‑day KM point of contact for global leaders, workstream owners, and Member Firms by managing expectations through clear communication of KM scope, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and constraints, while balancing competing requests via prioritization, transparency, and structured escalation.

Support and coordinate with junior contributors or knowledge associates, where applicable.

5+ years of knowledge management experience in technologies, strategies, processes, content development lifecycle, collaborationBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in business or related fieldAbility to lead and work independently with minimal directionStrong communication (oral and written), leadership, organization and collaboration skillsAbility to assess processes, identify gaps, and push open items towards resolutionKnowledge of working with Global firms, understanding firm policies around knowledge managementExperience in planning and scheduling workshops / knowledge sharesIdentify opportunities to improve or re-engineer existing processes—such as certification requirements—and escalate challenges as appropriate.Hands-on experience working on Sharepoint and creating Sharepoint pagesExposure to interacting with different stakeholders
