Roles & responsibilities
Delivering Client Engagements:
•Leading and delivering end-to-end infrastructure modeling projects
•Driving and implementing the design and structuring the outputs (financial models) and its delivery
•Leading the delivery models applied to the infrastructure projects lifecycle across construction, operations, financing & refinancing and secondary market Infrastructure deals phases
•Leading lifecycle analysis and forecasting, feasibility analysis, business case and market analysis
Business Development:
•Securing additional work for the current engagement or for related opportunities
•Driving business development initiatives, including preparation of proposals and expressions of interest
•Actively building and managing the relationships and interface with Global KPMG Infrastructure teams and other deal advisory professionals
Practice Development:
•Directing, managing, and mentoring junior team members on engagements
•Train and mentor junior staff and contribute to the overall skills enhancement and experience of the team
•Recruiting, managing, and contributing to the development of junior staff
•Managing modelling risks and ensuring KPMG's quality and risk management procedures are completed to the appropriate standard
•Pro-actively keeping up to date in your field of profession on a global level
•Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development
Educational qualifications
•MBA / PGDBM from a leading Indian/International educational institution
•Professional certifications like CFA/CA would be an advantage
Prior experience
•Relevant experience (6-10 years) gained in either Corporate roles, Debt Syndication, Fund-raising, Project Finance, regulatory finance, PPP, Infra SPV’s or similar deal experience in the relevant sector/ propositions (as applicable)
