•Assist onshore teammates stand up and operate critical processes in partnership with Governance teams, Workstream Leads, and other stakeholders as needed.
•Assist with management of licenses and tools necessary for the core team, including development and program management platforms.
•Identify opportunities to improve or re-engineer existing processes—such as certification requirements—and escalate challenges as appropriate.
•You will prepare and distribute regularly occurring communications, such as monthly and bi-weekly updates for key leadership meetings, Steerco sessions, and other stakeholder forums.
•Develop tailored content for ad-hoc requests, which may include conference presentations and partner engagements.
•Curate and publish program information, ensuring easy access through slide decks, SharePoint sites, and similar channels.
•Collaborate with the onshore team to incorporate AI-enabled information sharing, working alongside specialists to leverage advanced tools.
•Help coordinate “Show not Tell” initiatives that enable clear demonstrations of the program’s accomplishments and value.
•Assist with support to integrate and maintain alignment between Aha! and GitHub platforms, ensuring a cohesive workflow and clear visibility into development efforts.
•Assist in setting up platform operations and analytics, providing ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain system health.
•Help establish and run a front-end research and development (R&D) capability in close collaboration with the Architecture team, supporting innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
Mandatory technical & functional skills
•7+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
•Assist onshore teammates stand up and operate critical processes in partnership with Governance teams, Workstream Leads, and other stakeholders as needed.
•Assist with management of licenses and tools necessary for the core team, including development and program management platforms.

•Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
Preferred technical & functional
•Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, MBA) is a plus
•Exposure to interacting with different stakeholders
