Job Description Summary

This role supports the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions by collaborating with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements. It involves assisting with architecture documentation, system integration, technology research, and proof-of-concept development, while also troubleshooting and maintaining implemented solutions. The position contributes to evaluating hardware and software, improving systems and processes, monitoring support metrics, and ensuring compliance with best practices and audit requirements, with optional involvement in Yardi or RealPage-based technical solutions.

Job Description

• Assist in the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior architects to develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Support the development and integration of various systems and applications.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of hardware and software components.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Assist in creating proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate architecture solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
• Coordinate with internal or external auditors and ensure the integrity of our processes.
• Work with business analysts to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze and document current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in the development and implementation of support strategies and improvements.
• Monitor and report on support metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Optional but preferred: Use knowledge of Yardi or RealPage schema and datasets to prepare technical solutions for break-fix and/or OpEx / CapEx developments.
