Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide end-user support, and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Windows 11 and Linux (Ubuntu)
• Manage Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• User account management and access control
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Ensure LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity
• Manage IT asset lifecycle
• Install and configure systems and applications
• Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
• Maintain documentation and vendor coordination

Required Skills

• Windows 11 Administration
• Linux (Ubuntu)
• Intune & Entra ID
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Router, Switch, Firewall)
• IT Asset Management

 

Troubleshooting Preferred Skills

• Firewalls, switches,
• access points
• VPN setup
• Endpoint security
• PowerShell / Bash scripting

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, B.Sc (IT), BCA, or related field
