Summary:
As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth operation of IT production systems and services. This role requires continuous monitoring to ensure that infrastructure components remain functional and accessible. The individual actively supports the lifecycle of infrastructure service management, focusing on maintaining client satisfaction and mitigating risks associated with service delivery. Daily activities include coordinating with various teams to address operational challenges and ensuring that production environments are stable and reliable, contributing to the overall efficiency of IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any incidents promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service management processes and operational procedures.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement to enhance service reliability and efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and managing production IT systems and infrastructure components.
- Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues to maintain service availability.
- Familiarity with risk management principles related to IT service delivery.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
