Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to fulfill the organization's hiring requirements.

• Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Achieve hiring targets within the defined timelines.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment software/ATS.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Preferred Experience: 2 years of experience in recruitment & talent acquisition.
• Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment is an added advantage.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of positions closed.
