Main Tasks

  • Carrying out the placement of orders to ensure timely processing and delivery to clients while maintaining high service standards
  • Supporting the management of the order master Client Relationship Management (CRM) database for accurate tracking, reporting, and data integrity
  • Administering vendor coordination to facilitate smooth and efficient order fulfilment processes, ensuring alignment with client expectations
  • Carrying out the validation of orders to ensure accuracy, compliance with client specifications and adherence to company policies
  • Supporting the request for invoicing from accounts payable where processes are integrated for seamless transactions and financial accuracy
