• Learn & successfully complete the requisite on job training for the relevant function, technology, or service offering.
• Co-ordinate & work closely with in-country management consulting and Managed Services teams across the globe.
• Be recognized as a subject matter expert on the aligned function, technology, or service offering.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

• Understands the function, technology, or service line strategy & objectives.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment & handle both planned & unplanned responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to prioritize workload & execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up & resolution.
• Highly self-motivated, well organized, detail oriented, focus on delivering quality work.
• Uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Keen to learn, train & certify themselves in pertinent technology & functional solutions.
Preferred Skills
basic understanding of ITIL & ITSM tools like Service Now, Jira etc.,
Basics understanding of Azure, Power Bi, Application / Tech Support knowledge
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for troubleshooting.
Understanding of application interfaces and data integration..
Strong communication (oral and written),
Ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and push open items towards resolution.
Well organized with good prioritization/workload management abilities.
Experience & Background
• B.Tech / B.E. from a reputed college.
