Infrastructure and OS (Windows/VMware/Linux/Unix/AIX)

- Manage and support enterprise infrastructure and OS environments based on assigned specialization - Handle server provisioning, configuration, and maintenance - Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for production systems - Support patching, upgrades, and system hardening activities - Ensure system availability, performance, and security compliance - Work on incident management, problem management, and RCA - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operations and deployment support - Contribute to automation and standardization of routine tasks
