🛠️ Primary Skills: Informatica PowerCenter SQL UNIX Production Support exposure ➕ Secondary Skills (Good to Have): ServiceNow Azure Cloud (Basic knowledge preferred) Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica PowerCenter pipelines Monitor ETL jobs, identify failures, and ensure timely resolution Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures Work closely with business stakeholders and upstream/downstream teams Handle incident, problem, and change requests via ServiceNow Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting Perform Unix-level debugging and script execution Ensure adherence to SLAs and support documentation
