Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with clients to identify automation and process improvement opportunities
Process Analysis: Evaluate current finance and accounting workflows (O2C, AR/AP, Treasury) to uncover inefficiencies.
Product Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and manage product backlog aligned with business goals.
Implementation Oversight: Drive end-to-end deployment of HighRadius solutions, ensuring smooth adoption.
Value Delivery: Focus on measurable outcomes such as reduced DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), improved cash forecasting, and enhanced efficiency.
Cross-functional Leadership: Act as liaison between finance teams, IT, and Continuous Improvement: Monitor KPIs, gather feedback, and iterate product features for optimization.
Mandatory skill sets:
Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of finance processes (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Order-to-Cash).
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, automation tools, and HighRadius modules.
Agile Methodology: Experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation.
Analytical Skills: Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Experience Level: Typically 5–10 years in product management, consulting, or finance transformation roles. Senior roles may require leadership experience
Preferred skill sets:
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Order-to-Cash).
