Job Description & Summary: We are seeking an experienced M365 expert with strong hands‑on expertise across M365 EXO, SPO, GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, build, and govern enterprise-scale AI‑assisted development and conversational automation platforms. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of AI‑augmented software development, secure DevSecOps workflows, LLM‑based agent architectures, RAG pipelines, connector development, enterprise governance, and end‑to‑end automation using Microsoft and GitHub ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
Define enterprise architecture for GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, LangGraph, LangChain and Python including governance, licensing, policy frameworks, RBAC, and environment strategy.
Establish responsible AI guidelines, content filtering, data boundary rules, and secure development practices.
Build multi-environment strategies (Dev → Test → Prod) with approvals, solution packaging, and lifecycle management.
Architect GitHub Enterprise Cloud/Server configurations (organizations, repos, branching, protected branches).
Implement GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, scanning, compliance, and security enforcement.
Integrate GitHub Copilot into developer workflows across VS Code, Visual Studio, and JetBrains IDEs.
Implement GitHub Advanced Security:
CodeQL
Secret scanning
Dependency scanning
Build AI‑assisted development accelerators, reusable templates, and code scaffolding libraries.
Architect and build advanced Copilot agents using:
Conversation flows, topics, and memory
AI orchestration
Guardrails, safety rules, and policy governance
RAG and vector-based retrieval
Integrate Copilot agents with Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, and external systems.
Build secure custom connectors, API actions, and authentication using Entra ID and OAuth2.
Design and implement grounding strategies using:
Azure Cognitive Search
Vector embeddings
Dataverse
SharePoint/Files repositories
Define chunking, relevance ranking, and secure filtering to prevent hallucinations.
Build enterprise knowledge orchestration models for Copilot Studio and GitHub environments.
Integrate Copilot solutions with:
Azure Functions
Logic Apps
API Management
Microsoft Graph
External REST/SOAP APIs
Enable interoperability between GitHub workflows and Copilot Studio agents.
Drive modernization programs replacing legacy bots, scripts, and manual workflows with AI copilots
Lead AI enablement programs, training sessions, and hands-on technical workshops.
Define metrics and KPIs for Copilot adoption, developer productivity, and automation efficiency.
Support change management, communication planning, and enterprise rollout.
Mandatory skill sets:
Strong hands‑on experience with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Enterprise, and secure DevSecOps
Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development & orchestration
GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, CodeQL, repository governance
RAG pipelines, grounding strategies, vector search
Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
Azure: Functions, Logic Apps, APIM, Cognitive Search
API development, REST, Graph API, OAuth2, Entra ID
Strong prompt engineering & AI design practices
Preferred skill sets:
Experience with Teams extensibility & M365 Copilot integrations
Knowledge of agentic AI patterns and enterprise AI governance
Experience coaching developers on AI-assisted coding
Familiarity with Microsoft Responsible AI guidelines
Years of experience required:
6 + years of experience in designing and lead the implementation, management, and optimization of AI including Github Copilot and Studio
Education qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology
Certified in Github Copilot and Copilot
