We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PROSCI Change Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in change management frameworks, with a strong focus on driving adoption of IT applications

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.

Required skills and qualifications ( Must have ) :

Ability to translate technology change into people impact (roles, behaviors, ways of working)

Define and execute Adoption & Change Management strategies aligned to use adoption of IT applications

Good knowledge of any of the Microsoft products in enabling adoption of either of these products  Microsoft, M365, Copilot, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive or  SharePoint

*Preferred skill sets

Build migration‑ or rollout‑aligned communication strategies (not generic comms plans)

Deliver adoption and enablement sessions under Microsoft‑approved narratives and assets

Ability to explain business value and productivity outcomes, not just features

Ability to build detailed change and communication plans
