Roles & responsibilities ​

Process​

​

•Data Extraction, Preparation & Transformation (ETL) including Data Cleansing and Data Validation using KPMG Users D&A Tools, routines and scripts.​

•Coordinate with engagement teams and external clients to obtain the required data to perform audit D&A solutions. ​

•Processing of Analyses in KPMG Artificial Intelligence tool and KCw Data Workbench (e.g. IT Audit Data Analysis). ​

•Troubleshooting and Bug fixing of Data Preparation and Data Transformation routines & scripts used & Data Validation Results generated in the D&A process.​

•Creation / Update / Review of Guidance and Training Materials​

•Audit D&A Solution Delivery – lead and be part of the team that is responsible for Audit D&A service delivery and ensure timely and quality audit deliverables​

​Technical & Functional​

•Understand ERP systems from Functional or Techno-Functional perspective.​

•Content & Industry Focus – Build strong domain expertise (Accounting & Auditing), ERP specific and Industry knowledge to enable effective collaboration with International counterparts in KPMG and Clients​

•Coach and mentor, the team in every aspect of project management for effective client service​

•Using analytic & visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, SQL, Azure, Python, Power BI, etc.) to perform and present analytic routines to the engagement team in a user friendly and insightful format.​

•Work with KPMG engagement teams to discuss results from the tool. ​

•Participate in the design, development, and implement fixes and enhancements to existing modules or new modules.​

•Document processes and procedures for use by users / administrators ​

•Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to the risk management policy.​

•Experience implementing data quality checks and anomaly detection using AI-driven techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability of data pipelines.​

•Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Purview).​

Practical knowledge of NLP methods for text analytics and automated reporting solutions​

Educational qualifications ​

•Btech or Bachelor’s in Computer Application ​

•ERP/ Data Analytics experience​

Work experience​

•Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience ​

•Experience with Big 4/leading Audit firms or their shared service center would be preferred​

Proven technical project management skills / debugging skills
