Hands-on experience in GE Proficy Plant Applications MES across: Development Testing Implementation Hypercare support Strong understanding of MES modules: Production Maintenance Quality Inventory Expertise in: Proficy Historian IGS OPC / Kepware OPC Server Proficy Workflow Integration experience using middleware: Informatica SAP PI/PO Reporting & database skills: SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) MS SQL Server (complex queries, stored procedure debugging) Knowledge of: Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) concepts Historian systems and data tracking Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and within teams in dynamic environments. Proven ability to lead technical delivery and support critical phases. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Design, develop, test, and implement MES solutions using GE Proficy Plant Applications. Provide hypercare and post-implementation support to ensure system stability and performance. Collaborate with Technical Architects to align solutions with defined architecture and standards. Lead or contribute to MES delivery activities, offering hands-on technical guidance. Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support integration of MES with ERP and Quality systems through middleware tools. Develop and enhance operational and analytical reports for business decision-making. Troubleshoot application issues, including database and performance-related problems.
