Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Understand concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.
As a Finance Team Leader -Operational, you will also be responsible for:
- Direct operational ownership and oversight of partner process performance, delivery, customer experience and issue resolution.
- Have great management of the teamwork. Build up a close relationship with BPO. Supervise the direct reports and outsource workers to ensure efficient working performance. optimize process & avoid potential errors and.
- Responsible for critical and key KPI to include on time invoice payment, processing accuracy, quality & productivity.
- Work proactively with regional product companies sourcing teams in driving processes to attain Best in class Buy to pay system.
- Host meeting with Sourcing/HR team to resolve aging on hold invoices and resolve BIZ critical invoice/payment related cases to improve payment on time.
- Monitor and interpret daily/weekly reports; identify trends and opportunities to drive process and project improvements.
- Support AP related projects, e.g. system migration, new tool implementation, global blueprint projects.
- domestic audit letters & special supplier invoices & documentation management and express.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Bachelor and above, accounting or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in AP function and more than 1 year team lead experience, Finance, Sourcing, or role(s) within the buy to pay process.
• Good leadership and people management. Good communication skills. Work with carefulness and diligence.
• Strong understanding of SAP and/or Oracle invoice processing/payment, supplier maintenance, purchasing; learn Ariba process is preferred.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution skill. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills. Experience with driving improvements. Excellent in oral and written skills for English & India. Proficiency in Microsoft.
