Executive-GDC

Roles & responsibilities 
The Operating Territory Policy (OTP) team is dedicated in evaluating and providing consent to all inbound requests (Audit, advisory or tax engagements) received from foreign member firms to work in US territory.
The open role involves supporting on the below activities.
Manage the central US OTP mailbox.
Review request form and pull key data from the request form to a summarized email.
Route the request to the appropriate approver based on function (Audit, Tax, Advisory) and service description.
Send approval or rejection email on behalf of US Risk Management. Track and log all approved and rejected requests.
Provide a report of approved and rejected requests on a quarterly and annual basis 
Escalate immediately, any issues identified to the GDC Seniors, so that the quality and turnaround time are not impacted
Actively get involved on business and Independence specific knowledge development initiatives at GDC and assist with special projects, as needed
Train new team members and be available for questions; update training materials as required

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Fair/working knowledge of Independence compliance rules and
regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

This role is for you if you have  the below
Educational qualifications 
Post-Graduation from an accredited college or university (MBA/M. Com)
