Data Operations Senior Associate

You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in “Content and Template management”. You have found the right team 

As Content and Template management lead within our Common Capabilities COE  team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job responsibilities

  • Liaise with Product owners, business users and other COE members to identify, assess and document business requirements related to Client Document related content and templates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, QA, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder team progress. Support teams in achieving their goals and maintaining productivity.
  • Wealth Management Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the Wealth Management industry to guide product development and delivery. Understand client needs and market trends to drive product innovation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance 
  • Minimum 7+ years of banking/relevant industry experience.
  • Strong analytical mind, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Previous experience in any analytics/documentation related process.
  • Good understanding of Wealth management businesses and document/ template requirements of these business.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective Communication and presentation skills
