Summary:
As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding the existing data landscape and collaborating to design and refine data models that support both current and future business needs. This position requires continuous interaction to gather requirements, analyze data structures, and ensure that data models align with organizational goals and technical standards, fostering effective communication and coordination across multiple teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and maintenance of data models to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data modeling efforts with business strategies and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data integration and data warehousing principles.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data models.
- Familiarity with database design and management systems.
- Skilled in analyzing and optimizing data structures for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
