As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of ethical considerations into artificial intelligence initiatives. This role requires guiding teams to design and implement AI solutions that adhere to established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The position demands active collaboration across various departments to ensure that AI technologies are developed and deployed responsibly. Leadership is demonstrated through fostering a culture of accountability and advocating for the adoption of responsible AI practices throughout the organization. The role is dynamic, involving strategic decision-making and continuous engagement with evolving AI ethics and compliance requirements.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to promote ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance responsible AI capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate AI project outcomes to ensure alignment with ethical guidelines and organizational values.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and efficient data models to support AI systems.
- Experience in aligning data architecture with ethical AI principles and regulatory standards.
- Ability to analyze complex data structures and optimize them for responsible AI applications.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data models into AI workflows.
- Competence in evaluating data quality and integrity to support trustworthy AI solutions.

Additional Information:
