Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and own the technical vision and roadmap for the Data organization
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers across multiple levels
- Drive architecture decisions for data platforms, pipelines, and governance at scale
- Partner with executive leadership on data strategy aligned to business goals
- Ensure data infrastructure reliability, security, and compliance

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Data, AI, and Product organizations
- Represent Data engineering in organizational planning and budgeting
