What would you do? Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping of executed amendments.
What are we looking for? Functional expertise in U.S. retirement plans, including Defined Contribution (401(k), 403(b)) and Defined Benefit (DB) plans.Strong hands-on experience in Plan Design, Document Preparation, and Coordination for group retirement products, including startups, takeovers, amendments, and restatements.
