Role Summary
SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in delivering technical solutions across payroll, payment processing, and banking integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and support ABAP HR (RICEF) objects for ECP
Work on payroll reports and enhancements
Deliver custom DME / payment file generation
Perform DMEE & PMW enhancements
Build bank interfaces (XML / Flat files)
Support testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and hypercare

Required Skills
SAP ABAP HR / Payroll (PY) / ECP experience
Strong in:
o Custom DME payment files
o Bank formats (XML / Flat files)
o Payment file split logic
Core ABAP:
o Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits)
o Interfaces (IDoc, RFC)
o Reports, Forms
